Sesame Soy Wings

Savory chicken wings glazed with a sesame soy sauce, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Sauce
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
Use low-sodium soy sauce to control saltiness. Garnish with chopped scallions.
