Lemon Pepper Wings

Zesty and tangy chicken wings seasoned with a bright lemon pepper blend.

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and lemon zest in a large bowl.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Serve wings hot with a side of lemon wedges.
Notes
Add extra lemon zest for a stronger citrus flavor. Serve with a side salad.
