Garlic Parmesan Wings

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Sauce
- 0.25 cup butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp parsley chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a bowl.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
Notes
Freshly grated Parmesan enhances flavor. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
