Classic Buffalo Wings

Spicy and tangy chicken wings tossed in classic Buffalo sauce, served with blue cheese dip.

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Sauce
- 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Mix Buffalo sauce with melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust Buffalo sauce for desired spice level. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
