Caprese Skewers

Fresh and simple skewers with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 16 fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini or ciliegine
- 16 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer.
- Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, then sprinkle with salt.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Use small basil leaves for easier skewering. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
