Coating

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cup vegetable oil for frying

  • Mix flour with paprika and salt, coat chicken.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden, 15 minutes per side.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes.
